Kim Chee fried rice (spicey) with the remants of a tempura prawn - spicy meant HOT and the prawns are huge

Shan styled stuffed fish - disappointing

An acceptable Myanmar Sav Blanc - drank a few of these

Myanmar wood fired pizza - home made pastry and wood fired with a tasty sausage *very nice with a local beer*

Tempura vegetables - a hit everywhere we tried it

A wonderful fish dish - the flesh is removed and cooked with spices then reconstructed with the fish head and tail

A lovely fried vegetable noodle - the side sauce of soy, chuncks of hot chilli and chuncks of garlic is an excellent addition
